Apple-Ginger Glaze for Ham

Directions

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves and mixture is thick, syrupy, and reduced to 1 1/2 cups, 5 to 10 minutes; set aside.

Makes 1 1/2 cups (enough for a 7 to 10 pounds ham)
