Apple, Ham & Cheese Omlete

Directions

1. In a large non stick skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add apples and cook until tender. 2. Beat 8 eggs with water and salt. 3. Melt butter in a non stick 8 inch skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/2 cup egg mixutre into skillet and cook until set, about 1 minute. 4. Spoon 1/4 of the apples, ham and cheese onto half of the omelet, gently lift edge and fold over filling. Let heat about 1 minute and then slide onto a plate.
