Heat oven to 450°. Mix baking mix and sour cream until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Turn dough onto well-floured cloth-covered board. Roll in flour; shape into ball. Knead 20 times. Divide into halves. Roll one half 1/4 inch thick. Cut with floured 2-inch cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat with other half. With floured fingers, press a deep indentation in center of each. Fill with 1 rounded teaspoonful Apricot Filling. Bake until light brown, 8 to 10 minutes; cool on wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar. About 2 dozen kolaches. Apricot Filling: Heat 1 cup cut-up dried apricots or 1 cup cut-up dried prunes and 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel, 1 cup water and 1/4 cup sugar to boiling, Cover; simmer, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes.
