In a small mixing bowl combine artichokes, cheese, peppers, and mayonnaise or salad dressing. Transfer mixture to an 8-inch round baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven about 20 minutes or till heated through. Serve warm with dippers. Makes about 2-2/3 cups. Microwave directions: Prepare dip as directed, except transfer mixture to an 8-inch microwave-safe baking dish. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 70% power (medium-high) 4 to 6 minutes or till heated through, stirring once. Stir again just before serving.
