Asian Pork Meatballs with Ginger Honey Sauce

Directions

For Meatballs:

Except pork, combine all ingredients together and mix well. Add pork and blend. They will be wet. Its fine, just get them to hold together. Using #50 disher, place on a baking sheet until ready to cook.

Heat cast iron skillet until very hot. Add oil. Fry meatballs until browned on all sides.

For Spicy Ginger-Honey Sauce

In measuring cup, combine sesame oil, garlic and ginger and heat for 1 minute until fragrant. Add in vinegar, honey and chili sauce, cornstarch and bring to a boil until thickened. Taste adjust. Place meatballs in your pan, coat with sauce, garnish with cilantro leaves and serve.
