Heat grill to medium-high, or heat a grill pan over high heat on the stove top. Grill steak 3-4 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness. Transfer steak to a cutting board and let rest while preparing remaining ingredients.
In a large bowl, whisk together horseradish, Worcestershire, vinegars, hot sauce and lemon juice. Stir in tomatoes, onion, celery, olives, brine, jalapeƱos and pepper.Cut meat across the grain into 1/2-inch slices; stir into salad. Marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to 3 days. Stir in blue cheese and parsley.
Notes: Needed more zing. Maybe more hot sause or jalapenos. Garlic croutons would have been great
