(Make dough, filling, roll then freeze.Mix icing in zip lock. Keep blueberries frozen.)
DOUGH: Combine milk, sugar, salt, and butter in mixer bowl. Let cool. Once about 100 F, add yeast. Add two cups of flour and mix with dough hook. Knead about 7 mins, adjust flour as needed. Should be soft, but slightly sticky. Let rise until doubled, about 2 hours.
FILLING: In saucepan melt 1/2 cup berries. (Keep rest frozen.) When liquidy, stir in cornstarch. Simmer until thickened. Set aside. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, salt. Set aside
Line 9 x 12 pan with parchment, and spray. Roll dough out to a 16 x 9 rectangle, brush with the melted butter. Spread brown sugar mixture over the dough and pat down. Drizzle berry sauce over. Then frozen berries. From 16 side, roll up into a log, and seal seam. Cut into 12 equal slices and place in pan.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rest at room temp for 15 mins, then refrigerate or freeze.
Remove from freezer.. After 45 mins, heat your oven to 350 degrees F. Place pan in oven and bake 30 mins, until golden brown. Remove and cool few minutes.
Whisk glaze ingredients, put in zip lock. Snip corner of bag and drizzle over warm rolls.
