In rice cooker on high saute onions, celery, carrot, then garlic in oil stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes. Add rice and 1 cup broth leaving top open and stirring every couple of minutes. As broth is absorbed, add more broth Meanwhile grill fillet and saute pancetta. Toward end of rice cooking add pancetta, pasta sauce or tomato paste. At very end add grilled chopped fillet mignon and butter. Splash red wine vinegar if desired.
