Bourbon Coffee With Nutmeg Cream

Scrape vanilla seeds into coffeepot; add bean. Brew coffee with 10 cups water. Using electric mixer, whip cream in bowl to soft peaks. Gradually add 2 tablespoons sugar and beat until stiff. Pour coffee into cups; discard vanilla bean. Add bourbon and sugar to taste. Top with cream and nutmeg. drinks 6
