Cut Brie into 16 chunks. (It is not necessary to remove rind.) Mix flour and paprika in bowl and lightly beat eggs in second bowl. Process bread crumbs, parsley, and garlic in food processor until finely ground. Transfer to third bowl. Heat 2 in. oil in deep-fat fryer to 350°. Working with several pieces Brie at a time, dredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat with bread crumbs. Fry until golden, about 1 minute. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining Brie. Serve Hot.
