Simply add water to the brine mix. soak your bird overnight in the solution (our disposable brining bag, sold separately, is perfect for this) and then roast. A brine bath before cooking also does wonders for chicken and pork. The seasoning blend is 23.3 oz. The disposable brining bag (23-1/2 x 19 1/2) is constructed of heavy-duty plastic with a leak-proof zipper seal and holds up to a 23-lb. bird.
