Broccoli Florets With Dipping Sauce ?

Directions

Cut off and reserve 4-inch-long broccoli florets (florets with some stem). Peel remaining stems and cut into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Combine stem pieces, onion and water in microwave-safe 2-1/2-quart souffle dish. (cover tightly with microwave-safe plastic Wrap. Microwave at full power (100 %) for 10 minutes. Carefully pierce plastic with small knife to release steam. Uncover dish carefully. Transfer broccoli to blender or food processor. Add oil, lemon juice and salt. Whirl until smooth. Transfer to bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Place florets in same souffle dish. Cover with microwave-safe plastic wrap. Microwave at full power (100 %) for 3 minutes. Carefully pierce plastic with knife to release steam. Uncover dish carefully. Rinse florets under cold water to stop further cooking. Drain. Chill until ready to serve.
