Directions
Cook rice following package directions. Drain. Rinse with cold water, drain again. Cook broccoli in small amount boiling water until just tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Drain. Rinse with cold water; drain. Whisk together oil, lemon juice, vinegar, curry, salt, cumin and pepper in small bowl. Combine rice, broccoli and green onions in bowl. Pour dressing over all. Stir gently to combine.
