MJF: Made for the family reunion weekend at Scotts. Separated some for John without cheese. I forgot about the cream cheese, but he didnt notice :)
Sauté mushrooms, zucchini, ham, onions, green peppers and garlic in oil until vegetables are tender. Drain, pat dry and set aside. (Make ahead: bag and refrigerate)
In mixing bowl, FIRST beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Beat in eggs. Add salt, pepper poultry seasoning. (Make ahead: Pour in quart jar and refrigerate)
(Make ahead: put bread cubes and cheese in bag. Refrigerate.)
Assembly: In large bowl, toss everything together.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Pour into greased 11 x 7 baking dish. Let sit 30 minutes to let liquids soak in completely. Spray oil all over top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
May be made night before refrigerated. May take a few minutes longer to bake.
