Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix the chicken, cream cheese, cayenne pepper sauce, ranch dressing, and blue cheese crumbles, in a large bowl.
Spoon the mixture into a shallow 1-quart baking dish.
Bake until the mixture is heated through, about 20 minutes. Stir.
Sprinkle with the green onions and extra blue cheese crumbles.
Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
