Prepare Blue-Cheese Dressing; cover and refrigerate. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic and hot sauce. Remove from heat. In large heavy saucepan heat oil over medium heat to 375°. Fry about 1/3 of wings at a time in hot oil, turning occasionally, 10 minutes or until golden brown and very well done. Remove with slotted spoon to paper towels to drain. Keep hot. To serve, reheat Hot Sauce in skillet. Add chicken wings a few at a time. Turn them gently to coat and heat 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a hot serving platter; serve with the Blue-Cheese Dressing and celery sticks. Makes 6 servings. Per serving wings: 500 cal, 39 g pro, 4 g car, 34 g fat, 173 mg chol with butter, 125 mg chol with margarine, 308 mg sod.
