CAN'T BE BEET CAKE

Directions

Whisk the eggs, brown sugar oil together in a large bowl. Add the beets stir. Blend in the flour mixture. Pour into a greased 9x9 baking pan bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan on a rack for 10 minutes. Turn out on the rack, invert onto a plate sprinkle w/confectioners sugar or serve with whipped cream. In a medium bowl combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg salt. Puree the beets in a blender or processor.
