Directions
In a large skillet, saute the bacon over medium heat, until crispy. Remove the bacon and lower the heat to medium-low.
Add the onions, thyme, salt, and cayenne to the skillet and saute for 10-12 minutes, until dark, but not burnt. Stir occasionally.
Once dark, remove the onions from the heat to cool. Place the cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and honey in a food processor. Puree until smooth.
Mix the onions into the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with the reserved bacon pieces and serve with chips or cut veggies.
