Directions
In a soup pot, saute onions in sesame oil until browned. Add ginger and garlic near end. Stir in carrots. Add chicken broth and remaining seasonings and simmer until carrots are tender (about 30 minutes) Add lime juice and puree soup in food processor until smooth. Chill or serve warm. Top each soup bowl with a large dollop of yogurt with a sprig of dill. 70 calories
