Cheese Twists

Preheat oven to hot (400°). Sift together flour, salt and cayenne into large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender until coarse crumbs are formed. Add cheese; toss to combine. Combine water and lemon juice in small bowl. Add to flour mixture, stirring with fork until mixture forms dough and comes together. Add another 1 teaspoon of water, if necessary. Divide dough in half. Keep one-half covered. Roll other half out on lightly floured surface into 10x7-inch rectangle. Cut dough in half to form two 7x5-inch rectangles. Cut each into fourteen 5x1/2-inch strips. Twist each strip 3 or 4 times. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in preheated hot oven (400°) for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack. Repeat with remaining dough. Twists can be stored in airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
