In medium saucepan, over medium heat, heat milk with vanilla until hot but not boiling. In small bowl, crumble cheese into small pieces; toss with flour to coat. Stirring constantly with wooden spoon, add cheese-flour mixture, a few chunks at a time, to hot milk until each batch is melted and all cheese is incorporated; stir in any remaining flour and nutmeg. Remove pan from heat. Dip grapes into warm or room-temperature fondue. Makes 8 servings. Each serving provides: 1 Pro Ex, 1 Fruit Ex, 1/a Milk Ex, 5 cal Opt Ex.
