Chick-pea, Cumin, and Garlic Dip

Directions

In a food processor puree the chick-peas and the garlic with the water, the oil, the lemon juice, the cumin, and salt to taste. Transfer the dip to a bowl and serve it with the vegetables. The spread keeps, covered and chilled, for 1 week. Makes about 1-3/4 cups.
