For garnish: fresh basil sprig In blender or food processor puree basil, parsley, oil, water and garlic. Add cheese and process just to mix. Put chicken, zucchini, peppers and pasta in a large bowl; toss to mix. Add half the Pesto; toss to coat well. Garnish with basil sprig. Pour remaining Pesto in sauceboat to spoon over each serving.
