Directions
Mix cream, milk and espresso in heavy medium saucepan. Heat, stirring occasionally, over medium heat until hot. Add sugar and heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is completely dissolved. Add chocolate and butter and heat until chocolate is completely melted and sauce is slightly thickened. Do not allow to boil. Serve sauce with fruit for dipping. Reheat in top of double boiler over simmering water; if necessary, thin with 1-2 Tb. cream.
