8/20/16: Make this. Added shrimp and beef. Didnt care for the combo. Use one or the other. Chicken would be good too.
Put orzo in large mixing bowl.
While orzo cooks prepare dressing: Put ginger, garlic and sesame oil in measuring cup and microwave for 1 minute. Set aside. When cooled, add remaining dressing ingredients
Add to orzo the jicama, carrots, red cabbage, green onions, peanuts, cilantro. Mix well.
Add dressing to taste. Toss until well mixed. Adjust seasoning.
Serve chilled, mounded on watercress leaves.
