Clam and Spinach Bisque

Directions

Puree spinach. clam Juice, clams with liquid and broth in blender or processor. Transfer to small saucepan. Add milk, cream, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice and heat gently; do not boil. Season with salt and pepper. Ladle into bowls. Top with sour cream. Sprinkle with chives and serve. soup 9
