Corkscrew Salad

Directions

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water according to package directions until tender but firm. Drain and cool. Combine macaroni, dill, drained pea pods, green and red peppers in large bowl. Toss in Vinaigrette Dressing. Chill covered until serving time. Makes 8 servings. VINAIGRETTE DRESSING: 1 cup oil 1/3 cup red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon honey 2 cloves garlic, crushed , 1 tablespoon tamari, optional Juice of 1 lemon Salt, pepper Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire, honey, garlic, tamari and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Shake well in jar or mix in blender. Chill well, preferably overnight. Makes about 1-1/3 cups. salad 29
