Corn & Orzo Salad - Mary's

Make dressing ahead. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, zests and juices, mustard, garlic and cayenne. Season with salt and pepper.

Boil orzo, drain. Toss with a little dressing to keep from clumping. Set aside

Meanwhile thaw corn in microwave and put in large bowl.

Dice any vegetables and throw in with corn. Toss with orzo and other salad ingredients. Toss with dressing to taste, probably wont use all of it. Serve warm or room temperature. Sprinkle with cheese if you want.
