Preheat oven to 350 degree Rub 3-quart casserole with liquid lecithin. Lightly brown sausage in large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat, and set sausage aside. Wipe skillet. Lightly saute lamb in same skillet over medium-low heat, until cooked through but not browned. Drain, and set aside. Wipe skillet. Lightly saute chicken, in same skillet, until chicken is white. Do not brown. Add sausage and lamb, and mix well. Add remaining ingredients except peas, bread crumbs, and butter. Place mixture in casserole, and bake 30 to 45 minutes. During last 15 minutes gently fold in peas, top with bread crumbs, and drizzle with butter. Complete baking time. Remove from oven, and cool 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6. lamb 24
