Cranberry Ketchup

Directions

Wash the cranberries well in hot water and remove any stems and chaff. Put in a pot with the vinegar and the water and bring to a boil. cook over medium heat for a few minutes. Allow to cool to a warm room temperature (comfortable to stick a finger in). Pour into the blender and blend at medium speed until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients to blender, blending in at low speed. When very smooth, pour back into cooking pot and bring back to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring so it wont stick. Pour into sterilized glass jars and store in the refrigerator.
