Preheat oven to 350°. Slice cranberries in Oster Salad Maker or by hand. In large mixer bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add juice, peel, butter, egg, clove and vanilla. Mix at #3 on Oster Mixer or by hand until blended. Fold in nuts and cranberries. Pour into greased microwave Bundt pan or 9x5x3 pan. Bake 55 - 60 minutes in conventional oven or microwave at High, 11 to 13 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn every 4 minutes. Cool in pan before inverting. Finish cooling on wire rack, dust lightly with confectioners sugar and ask your guests to sit down! bake 27
