Add all ingredients for cheese filling to a food processor or blender.
Blend ingredients until you get a creamy consistency.
Instructions For Pinwheels
Preheat the oven to 400 F degrees.
Unfold one sheet of puff pastry dough onto a lightly floured surface.
Spread about 3/4 cup of cheese filling on top of the puff pastry sheet.
Roll the sheet up like a burrito.
With a sharp knife, cut 1/2 inch slices. One sheet will yield 20 pinwheels.
Place pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the pinwheels for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
