Directions
In shallow bowl, place prepared buttermilk dressing. In another shallow bowl place cornbread stuffing. First, dip each chicken drumette in buttermilk dressing and then roll in cornbread stuffing. Place coated drumettes on greased baking sheet and sprinkle with pepper. Bake at 350°F. for about 45 minutes or until fork tender. Serve hot. Makes 14 appetizers.
