Directions
In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients and mix well. Spoon into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over potatoes. Return to the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the topping is lightly browned.
