Cucumber Spears With Smoked Salmon and Yogurt Dip

Directions

Drain the yogurt in a fine sieve set over a bowl, covered and chilled, for 30 minutes. In a bowl combine the salmon, the yogurt, the horseradish, the snipped dill, and salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the sauce to a serving dish, garnish it with the dill sprig, and serve it with the cucumber spears. Serves 2.
