Directions
Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Grease 1 cup ramekin.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over the bottom of the ramekin. Place cheese slices over crumbs so that sides and bottom are covered. Add salsa and then carefully break the egg over the salsa. Pour cream over egg and arrange diced bacon around the egg. Add mushroom slices to top, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake 15-20 minutes.
