Directions
Mix everything with dough hook for 2 minutes. Hand knead a few times and form a ball. Let rest for 30 minutes Divide into 4 pieces and divide those into 3 for small tortillas or 2 for large. Roll out as thin as possible. Fry on heated griddle with no oil until brown spots appear then flip. Put finished tortillas under damp towel.
