French Boeuf Crepes

Directions

In small bowl, stir cornstarch into wine; reserve. In saucepan, in oil, cook beef, onion and garlic until onion is tender. Stir in reserved wine mixture and remaining ingredients except crepes. Heat, stirring until slightly thickened. Spoon 1/3 cup mixture on bottom half of each crepe. Fold as in Figure B. Makes 8 crepes.
