Directions
Heat oven to 400ยบ.
Whisk flour, sugar, BP, BS, salt and cinnamon in bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture looks like fine crumbs. Alternatively, grate the cold butter first then stir in. Stir in buttermilk. Set aside
Toss fruit with sugar cornstarch, salt, and lemon juice in bowl. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Drop topping by spoonfuls onto fruit. Sprinkle with tubinado sugar
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
