Directions

Combine fruit, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon, if using, in 8 x 8 x 2-inch-square baking dish; toss well. Combine oats, flour and brown sugar in small bowl. With pastry blender or two knives, cut in margarine acid egg white until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over fruit mixture. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°) for 40 minutes.
