Prepare barbecue (high heat) or preheat broiler. Melt butter in heavy small saucepan over low heat. Add next 3 ingredients and simmer 1 minute. Thread shrimp on wooden skewers. Brush with seasoned butter. Grill shrimp until pink, about 3 minutes. Turn and grill until opaque, about 1 minute, basting with butter. Line platter with rosemary. Top with shrimp. Serve immediately. 12 servings Tip: Soak the wooden skewers in water before using them; that way they wont burn on the barbecue. fish 34
