Gin - Mary's based on Kitchen Gin from Gourmet Magazine

Directions

Put botanicals in a quart ball jar. Fill up with vodka and infuse for a week. This makes a concentrate.

Pour half the concentrate in a bottle and add equal part vodka. Or more or less depending on how infused you like it.

Fill ball jar back up with vodka. Repeat till infusion weakens. I get 4 or 5 refills before starting over.

Sapphire Gin Botanicals: Juniper Berries, Coriander Seeds, Liquorice Root, Almonds, Lemon Peel, Cassia Bark (cinnamon sticks relative) Orris Root, (Root of the Iris flower.) Angelica Root known as garden angelica, Holy Ghost, wild celery, and Norwegian angelica) Cubeb Berries, ( like a cross between allspice and black pepper) Grains of Paradise. (ginger family tastes like pepper)
