Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and silky. Spoon the cheese into a ramekin and smooth the surface with a spatula or mound in a serving bowl. (The cheese spread can be refrigerated, covered, for up to 3 days. Let return to room temperature and stir well before serving.)
