Directions
Combine well the ingredients below the line (dry) in a ziploc bag. You can multiply the quantities to produce any amount you wish and store the dry portion in the cupboard until needed.
To mix up a batch, mix the water, oil, and vinegar in a Good Seasons cruet or a blender. Some balsamic vinegar may be substituted for red wine vinegar (half of each is good).
If using a blender, you can also add a few fresh cloves of garlic to taste. If you will not be using a blender, mince the fresh garlic and allow to soak in the vinegar before using.
Add 2 tablespoons of dry herb and salt mixture to each batch.
