Grama Merager's Lefse Recipe (original version)

Directions

Flour enough to roll thin. Boil potatoes, put through a potato ricer or mash. Let stand until cold. Add butter, salt, cream and sugar. Mix well. Add flour. Cut off a piece the size of a biscuit and roll on a well floured board until thin. Bake on both sides on top of hot plate on high heat. 400 – 500 degrees.
