1/2 cup rolled oats, chopped 4 tablespoons dark brown sugar 2 tablespoon all purpose flour Pinch of salt 1 tablespoon butter, melted 4 tablespoons frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed 2 lbs. Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix oats, sugar, flour and salt in small bowl. Mix in butter and 2 teaspoons apple juice concentrate. Set topping aside. Place apples in large bowl. Add cinnamon and nutmeg; toss well. Add remaining 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon apple concentrate and toss again. Distribute apples in 13x7 baking dish or divide among small souffle dishes. Sprinkle topping over. Bake until top browns, about 20 minutes. About 115 calories per serving dess 39
