Directions
Whip egg whites to a stiff frost. Add cream of tartar. Fold in beaten egg yolks. Sift sugar and flour 5 times each. Fold in sifted sugar, lightly. Fold in sifted flour, lightly. Add salt and lemon extract. Pour into ungreased Angel food tin. Bake for 45 minutes.
