Hershey Syrup Brownie with Chocolate Chip Frosting from Roy & Maria

For the Brownie: Using mixer beat together well. Pour in to 9x13 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over batter. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. After brownie is cool frost with chocolate chip frosting. For the Frosting: Combine sugar, milk and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. It is ready to spread when slightly cooled and starting to thicken. This is awesome on the Hershey Syrup brownie! :-)
