Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until chocolate is pulverized.
Use a ratio of 1 tablespoon of mix for every 2 ounces of milk.
Put half your milk in a mug and microwave for 45 seconds. Add mix, stir till smooth. Add remaining milk and microwave for another 30 second or more.
Seal the rest in an airtight container, keeps indefinitely in the pantry.
Note: Alton Browns calls for 2.5 cups powdered milk. It was awful tasting. Just leave it out and use milk instead of water.
Note: Try some instant Clear Gel in place of corn starch.
