Hot Sausage and Cheese Puffs

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Saute sausage in medium skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up with fork until browned and finely crumbled, about 7 to 10 minutes. Drain off excess fat. Transfer sausage to medium bowl and let cool slightly Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into 1-inch balls. Arrange on baking sheet. Bake until cheese is melted and puffs are lightly golden, about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve immediately. Puffs can be baked ahead and frozen (but bake a few minutes less before freezing).
